Throughout Lake of Stars Discovery, local and global performers took to the bamboo-crafted, beach-front stage, and showered listeners with an array of musical styles. In addition to the vast songbook, another highlight of the three-day event included the quaint, intimate poetry sessions, where talented writers shared their political, social, and personal perspectives to a crowd of eager listeners.

 

Amid the paintings, poets, and singers, Lake of Stars aimed to promote an environmentally conscious lifestyle. They gave out water bottles for free and encouraged festival-goers to fill their bottles with the water provided.

 

All in all, the weekend placed an emphasis on wellness, the environment, the arts, and, of course, fun. Kachere Kastle want to say a big "thank you" to everyone who helped us out before, during, and after the festival; we still can’t believe our property hosted two stages, food and clothing vendors, and a thousand people. It was an unforgettable experience—that’s for sure.
